Compensation:

$35 - $50 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Outdoor construction, carpentry and masonry experience
  • Knowledge of rooftop pedestal paving systems a plus
  • Responsible for job sites and quality control (own the job) and able to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve field issues
  • Able to interpret and fill out all job-related paperwork, including keeping accurate notes regarding labor hours and materials
  • Must be able to anticipate tool and material needs
Qualifications:

To slice through NYC concrete jungle, we need a Foreman with:

  • 5+ years of comprehensive landscape construction experience as a foreman or lead
  • Experience in hardscape installation (patios, fences, walkways)
  • Expert understanding of landscape lighting, irrigation, and drainage systems
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and tackle projects with precision
  • Exceptional team leadership skills to motivate and manage high-performing crews
  • Unwavering commitment to quality craftsmanship and delivering the vision
