  • Fair Pay: You can expect to be compensated at fair market value, depending on your experience level.

Studies can be done virtually, in person or through our unique FYZICAL College. Other advanced balance and vestibular certifications will be made available, and you will be expected to participate in regular continued education to stay on top of your game The best part?   • Tools of Trade: At FYZICAL Bon Air, we are committed to integrating cutting-edge technology to support the latest advancements in our field. We recognize that as our understanding of physical therapy evolves, so must the tools we use. When you visit our clinic, you will be introduced to our state-of-the-art Safety Overhead Support (SOS) System, along with training tools that incorporate the most advanced computer technology available.
  • Mentorship: FYZICAL mentorship comes from the small company feel with the big company presence. Literally hundreds of experienced PTs across the country are available to help teach, counsel and guide you.   • Flexible Scheduling: Occasional flexibility may be required to meet patient needs and support clinic operations.
  • Professionalism and Empathy: Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating empathy and respect in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Patient Care Support: Assist Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and document patient care services to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to aid in their recovery.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Leverage excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Therapy Session Preparation: Ensure treatment areas are prepared, and equipment and supplies are organized and readily available for therapy sessions.
  • Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical and professional standards, safeguarding patient confidentiality and respecting their rights and privacy.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the clinic’s operations and patient care.
Required Skills
  • Licensure: Must hold a current Virginia Physical Therapy Assistant license.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Entry-Level Opportunities: We welcome candidates at the entry-level who are eager to start their careers.
  • Self-Motivation: Must be self-driven with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
