Crystal Springs Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of part-time Habilitation Worker at our Assonet, MA location.

This part-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $15.00 to $17.50 per hour. Additionally, we offer enhanced pay with a retention pay of $1.50 per hour through June 30, 2024, which is contingent upon continued funding. We also provide benefits such as paid training

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a part-time Habilitation Worker, you provide exceptional care, skilled teaching, and necessary support to our program participants. You transport and accompany them to and from home, medical appointments, dental appointments, psychiatric appointments, and leisure activities. Additionally, you assist in crisis assessment and prevention, utilizing the trained Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques. You also have the chance to attend pool and gym sessions with our individuals.


REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR HABILITATION WORKER

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) of experience or specific skills in working with developmentally disabled individuals in a habilitation/vocational setting
  • Valid driver's license (at least 6 months) with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass van driving in-service
