Project Superintendent

TRC Construction Services, Inc. is a true design/build, construction management, and general contracting firm headquartered in Brentwood, TN.

We are seeking a Project Superintendent for the following projects:

1. New 600 car parking garage, and
2. Restoration of an existing parking garage in downtown Clarksville, TN

A Project Superintendent is a critical member of our team, by helping us tailor our services to meet client needs, and providing a quality product on time and within budget. They monitor projects from planning to completion, including budgeting and scheduling. They follow quality standards and ensure the safety and security of the construction site.

Project Duration: Approx. 24 Months

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Project Superintendent experience in any of the following areas: parking structures, distribution, industrial, commercial, healthcare, retail and hospitality
• Experience with Cast-In-Place & Precast concrete structures is required.
• Valid driver's license

Salary commensurate with experience.
