Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIT Technician Pay Rate: $25 an hour - $30 an hourLocation: Rosenberg, TX 77471Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm A water and wastewater facility operations and maintenance company is seeking an IT Technician to join their team. With your strong communication skills and expertise, you will profoundly impact the organization by maintaining IT systems and attending to support requests. • Deliver exceptional customer service to all local, remote, and field personnel.
• Perform the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computers and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware failures and identify network problems.
• New user setup/take down – monitors, docking station, cable wiring, phones, etc.
• Manage work queue in Zoho Desk ticketing system.

List Qualification or Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with Windows 10/11/Android/iOS operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable vehicle required.
