Job DescriptionJob Description

Builds Schedules- Schedules patients for both ANS & COG appointments at least 2 weeks out. Have confirmed schedules printed out and available before the end of shift.

ANS- Have at least 16 on schedule for ANS with at least 12 confirmed.

COG- Have at least 12 on schedule for COG with at least 8 confirmed.

Census- Update census for ANS & COG daily.

Coordinate with Techs- Check in with both techs in the field to ensure they’re on track and if more patients are needed.

Create Encounters- Creates encounters for COG & ANS.

Bills Encounters- Bills for COG & ANS.
