We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor/Lead Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing field operations, developing a team of technicians, and ensuring the successful completion of service projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a service technician, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed during peak seasons

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
  • EPA certification
  • Willing to become NATE-certified
