Maintenane Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the facility operates smoothly. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team

• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance history
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques

• Prior experience in a maintenance supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
