The video advertising ecosystem is fragmented and complex, so the team at Continuum Media built a TV advertising platform to help our partners navigate it efficiently and effectively. But a platform by itself doesn’t make things easier – you need a team of people dedicated to helping plan and execute a campaign. Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven entry-level sales and marketing associate to join our growing team in the video advertising sector. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying and tracking new business opportunities, helping to grow our client base and elevate our presence in the marketplace. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients in the video advertising industry who could benefit from our services. Monitor website visitors for relevant leads to notify sales reps to follow up.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends and developments in video advertising to effectively position our products and services against competitors.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales representatives and the marketing team to create strategies for converting leads into clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of leads and outreach activities in our CRM system, HubSpot, providing insights on prospects and sales processes to management.
  • Networking: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to foster connections and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Strong desire to begin a career in sales or marketing, with a passion for learning about video advertising and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with sales reps, communicating lead opportunities, intent signals, and provide guidance.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and practices is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous but not necessary.
