Position Overview:
The Automotive Inventory Photographer is critical to our dealership's online presence and sales strategy. This individual is tasked with photographing and filming our vehicle inventory, ensuring the highest quality of visual presentation. The role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to stage vehicles, capture their best angles, and highlight their features through photographs and videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Staging vehicles on the dealership lot for optimal photographic and video outcomes.
  • Shooting high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, including interior and exterior shots, to accurately represent the vehicle's condition and features.
  • Upload and manage photographic and video content on our dealership's website and other online platforms to showcase our inventory.
  • Collect and document vehicle information, such as options, mileage, and color, to accompany online listings.
  • Communicate with management about the availability of vehicles for shooting and coordinate the photography schedule accordingly.
  • Maintaining an organized documentation system for tracking inventory ready for retail.
  • Manage and update photography equipment to ensure quality content production.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in photography, particularly automotive or inventory photography, is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working in an auto dealership environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Must be dependable and motivated and possess excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with team members and management.
  • Must provide reliable transportation to move efficiently around the dealership lot.
  • Requires a flexible schedule, as the job does not adhere to a typical 9-5 framework.
  • Ability to pass a drug test is a prerequisite for employment.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars and photography and is looking to combine these interests in a dynamic work environment. The Automotive Inventory Photographer will drive our dealership's online engagement and ultimately contribute to our sales goals.
