We are looking for an HVAC Apprentice to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We provide hands-on paid training in both installation and service.

Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning provides continual training on new equipment and technology entering our fields. Work Hours: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.-$22.00hr. - With an increase to $20.00/hr. at 90 days if able to progress through the introductory period.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's License & insurable driving record
  • Pass background check and drug screen
  • EPA certification within 90 days of employment
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal
  • Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & comply with ALL SAFETY RULES
  • Safe use of ladders
  • Understand how to use a tape measure
  • Ability to cut & drill holes
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance
  • Arrive on time daily
  • Commitment to developing customer service skills
  • Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
  • Arrive on time daily
