Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for The Estates at Fernview Apartments in Pleasant Ridge, Cincinnati, OH.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in multifamily residential maintenance.
  • You have exceptional customer service skills.
  • You're self-motivated, independent, detailed oriented, and have a strong work ethic.
  • You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:

  • Complete work orders from apartment residents.
  • Use maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, and locks and keys.
  • Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation every 7th week (rotation services multiple locations for emergency maintenance issues)

Requirements:
  • Four (4) years of related experience
  • Driver’s license, auto-insurance, and may require a truck or van
  • OSHA certification (within 90 days of hire)
  • Comfortable working on ladders

Preferred Skills:

  • Yardi experience
  • HVAC certification
  • EPA certification
