Medical Assistant

Stallant Health is currently accepting applications for an experienced, and preferably certified, Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients, ensuring a comfortable and organized environment.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections following established protocols.
• Conduct hearing tests and eye tests as directed by healthcare providers.
• Manage tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and documenting patient information accurately.
  
• Support healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring proper equipment and supplies are readily available.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant preferred but not required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred but not required.
• Strong task management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Friendly, motivated, and responsible with a high level of integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent patient experience.
