Compensation:

$125,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute strategies for office expansion and market penetration in South Louisiana.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial professionals to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and customized solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Drive business development efforts, including networking events, seminars, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA preferred.
  • Prior management experience in finance, insurance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
