Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience with Oracle ERP Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, FA, CE, SLA, PO, INV, OM).
  • Strong understanding of P2P and O2C cycles with a focus on finance modules.
  • Experience in handling data integration and interfaces between Oracle and third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL Developer for resolving AP and AR interface issues.
  • Experience with 1099 patches, bank integration projects, and managing payment processes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and provide functional support to the technical team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit requirements.
  • Experience in process optimization and change management.
  • Experience with More4apps application management.
  • Prior experience working with Oracle Support on Sev1 and Sev2 issues.
  • Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations for fixed assets depreciation.
  • Prepare and provide audit sampling data as required by SOX compliance, work with Oracle Support on Sev1 and Sev2 issues, and manage the end-to-end 1099 process until e-filing with the IRS.
  • Handle bank integration projects, manage PGP key upgrades, and act as the single point of contact for bank payment process issues for the Treasury department.
  • Prepare MD 50 functional specifications for new processes, provide functional guidance to the technical team, and participate in change management meetings to present finance-related change requests.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
