Job Description

  • Take the lead in preparing and distributing insightful reports using the Welcome Home database to identify trends and performance metrics that drive our department’s success. You’ll be designing our sales events and advertising,  managing the budget but also ensuring that each event is a memorable experience that resonates with our wider community.
  • Collaborate closely with our corporate marketing team to create and manage impactful advertising campaigns that reflect our brand’s vision. Your attention to detail will maintain the integrity and accuracy of our Welcome Home database, a critical tool in our marketing efforts.
  • Play a pivotal role in keeping our team organized by maintaining the director’s and departmental calendars and scheduling meetings.  Additionally, you’ll assist in creating and prepare a variety of marketing materials, from flyers to invitations, ensuring our collateral is always well-stocked and organized.
  • Your proactive approach to networking with other departments will help build trust and foster positive communication, making you an essential link between teams. Being an organized individual, you’ll track the department budget and key financial elements, including attrition, deposits, and refund requests, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant experience (3 years or more).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role with emphasis on excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a Sales and Marketing environment is preferred but not required.  
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office and/or marketing environment preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge with Microsoft Office computer package.
