Compensation Plan

  • Hourly Rate starts @ $20.00 per hour (40 hours guaranteed)
  • Performance Bonuses up to $32.50 per hour
  • Paid Weekly

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This position typically works from 8 AM - 5 PM.


WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As part of our team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to use your expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues. But that's not all - you'll also get to flex your excellent communication skills as you work closely with our Service Manager, keeping them informed about the issues you uncover. We believe that clear communication is key to providing exceptional service, and your ability to relay information accurately and efficiently will play a vital role in our success. IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

  • 1+ year of experience working in an automotive shop, but 3+ years is preferred
