As a Case Manager - Chiropractic Assistant, you will be crucial in ensuring a seamless healthcare experience for our patients. From conducting exams and facilitating case acceptance to meticulously organizing patient documentation, your attention to detail and commitment to comprehensive care will be paramount. You will be responsible for treatment planning, preparation, and follow-through, working closely with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care effectively. Your ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation will not only support the smooth operation of our practice but also contribute to the overall success of our patient outcomes

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CASE MANAGER - CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT?

We're looking for someone who can work 35 - 40 hours per week. Your typical hours will be Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 12:45 pm and 2:00 pm - 6:45 pm. And Tuesdays from 2:00 pm - 6:45 pm. No Fridays

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime and/or weekend events
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Great with patients
  • Upbeat personality

One year of experience in the healthcare field, 2 years of case management experience, 2+ years of sales experience, and experience in customer service are preferred but not required Proficiency with the Platinum EHR system and the ability to travel a few times a year for team training would also be a plus
