Job Summary:
Are you a dynamic dance instructor looking to make a lasting impact on young lives? Join our team at The Little Gym and lead our innovative 'Serious Fun' dance & gymnastics program

We're seeking a passionate, safety-conscious instructor to guide children ages 3-12 through our unique blend of skill-building and joyful movement. Ideal candidates bring:

In this role, you'll create a vibrant, secure environment where children thrive, developing a love for dance while prioritizing their well-being. If you're ready to choreograph fun, growth, and safety in our fast-paced studio, let's talk We are looking for a long-term team member. This is not a summer job position.

What we expect from you
  • Create a safe space for children to learn and fall in love with Dance
  • Deliver engaging classes in dance & gymnastics using our innovative, child-centered curriculum. (Training provided in our proven teaching methods.)
  • A background knowledge of dance and gymnastics basics, including Ballet, and Tap, is a required
  • Provide an outstanding customer service experience. We treat our members like family
  • So fresh and so clean, clean Its important that we work to keep our gym and lobby area cleaned and disinfected at all times.
