POSITION SUMMARY:

ONSITE NetSuite position:

We are seeking a skilled and driven NetSuite ERP Associate to join our team. The ERP Associate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to support our business operations effectively. This individual will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their requirements, implement system enhancements, and ensure smooth functionality.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks such as data imports, exports, backups, and user management.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NetSuite functionality, integrations, and performance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the NetSuite platform and integrated systems.
  • Utilize NetSuite reporting tools and Power BI to extract and analyze data for insights and decision-making.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their workflow requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze usage trends, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Design and generate customized reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry best practices, particularly in the CPG sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours.
  • Walking, bending, light lifting to 30 lbs.
