TITLE: LPC-LCSW-LMFT


FUNCTION: Contract clinical position providing mental health therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults.

LOCATION: Telehealth/Hybrid and Office Assignments (flexible schedule)

 

SUPERVISOR: Clinical Director- Dr. Valerie Jackson PhD.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree from an accredited University, current license from Texas State Board of Examiners of Examiners of Professional Counselor (in good standing), professional liability insurance, a minimum of two (2) years professional in a clinical setting, worked with crisis situations (adult or children), treated victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and/or physical abuse, administered evidence-based treatment, and conducted psychosocial assessments.


SALARY: Flat Rate per client -Fee for Service Private Insurance

           

$50.00--- Therapy

$40.00--- EAP

$70.00--- Telehealth Initial Appt/Pre-Auth

$10.00 per person--- Group Therapy
