Position Overview: Are you looking for an opportunity to be a crucial part of a thriving company? Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker who is energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our growing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming stock and materials.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage and report any issues to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
