POSITION OVERVIEW : 
We are actively seeking versatile and skilled Maintenance Technicians, including Independent Plumbers and Electricians, to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management in providing outstanding maintenance and repair services. As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.

DESIGNATED JOBS : 

1.    Plumbing:
(Certified or Licensed)

-    Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
-    Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
-    Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
-    Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.

2.    HVAC Technician:
(Certified or Licensed)

-    Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
-    Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.
-    Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.
-    Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.
-    Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:
•    Strong problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Reliable transportation.
•    Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
