Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek a licensed psychologist - Ph.D. or PsyD for our Braintree, Massachusetts, location.

Clinicians can telehealth 1-2 days a week if they are full-time. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evening per week.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $119,700 to $179,200 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Clear & active Ph.D. or PsyD licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to build rapport with clients quickly.
