Lakeview Personal Care LPN Opportunities:

  • Full Time Evening: 2:45pm-11:15pm 64 hours/2 weeks (every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday and every other weekend/holiday)
  • Part Time Night: 10:45pm-7:15am 32 hours/2 weeks (every other Thursday, & every other Friday, Saturday, & Sunday plus every other holiday)

LPN Team Leader Responsibilities include:

  • Monitors and provides for the medical needs of the resident through emergency response, physician contact, accurate and complete clinical assessments, requests for physician services, pharmacist consultations, and other measures as indicated.
  • Performs treatments as prescribed. Directs Med Tech’s assignments when delegating.
  • Assists residents in maintaining health through education (nutrition, hygiene, exercise, medications) and advocacy for residents with other health care providers.
Requirements:

LPN Team Leader Qualifications:

  • PA LPN license required however new Grads are welcome to apply
  • Experience working in geriatrics and/or those with dementia is helpful.
