Work Schedule & Location:

We do not look at our employees as someone we can squeeze every minute out of for the least amount of money possible. As an HVAC technician/installer with Southern Values Cooling and Heating, we want you to make as much money as possible while enjoying where you work. We offer competitive pay $20-$40 depending on experience. Pay options are hourly or hourly plus commissions, along with outstanding perks like new work vans, easy to follow daily procedures, paid vacations and bonuses. We want to continue to have a culture of happy customers and happy employees. We do weekly in-house training with breakfast and company parties. Our headquarters are located in Bradenton, FL your gateway to a fulfilling career in the HVAC industry.

What it takes to be successful as an HVAC Service Tech:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Experience in HVAC service (3+ years preferred but less is considered)
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to comply with our company policy regarding background checks and drug screening
• Great people skills and the desire to succeed each day
