Pay: $14/ hr
Shift: Mon-Friday or Saturday 6-6

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure the quality of production, and that materials meet the client’s standards and specifications. Certifies the quality of the product through offline testing, primarily conducted in the laboratory. Maintenance of proper documentation for the laboratory throughout the production process and project execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY:
  • Prepare samples for testing by means of band saw, milling machine, etc.
  • Confirm with Lead and Supervisor that all testing equipment has been calibrated.
  • Raw material testing: Review and physical testing raw materials and material certificates (CoA) to ensure compliance and suitability through process testing.
  • Review ITP and ensure compliance to them. Ensure ITP and manufacturing procedures are followed, and requirements are met.
  • Correlating data pertaining to plant process.
  • Accurate record keeping of data gathered.
  • Provide all required reports and documents for the Lead and Supervisors in the Lab.
  • Monitor the quality of production and testing of final product.
  • Report to QA/QC Manager any deficiencies or failures, such as CDT, HWS, Porosity, Contamination, Interlayer Adhesion, Density, etc.
  • Maintain communication with QA/QC Manager of test results obtained.
  • Ensure that the QMS conforms to the requirements of ISO 9001 and the process is delivering intended outputs.
  • Any additional duties as instructed by the Lead and Supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must pass background and drug screening.
  • Steel-toe boots.
