Role Impact:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, your contributions are crucial in optimizing our production operations across key performance metrics—safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring our products not only meet but exceed the rigorous standards of modern markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Integration and Setup: Lead new product introductions from design reviews to final manufacturing setup, ensuring efficient production starts.
  • Daily Operational Enhancement: Collaborate closely with production teams to meet daily performance targets and enhance operational flow.
  • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Spearhead cost-saving projects, from budget analysis to strategic implementation, directly influencing the company’s financial health.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to conduct failure analysis and derive solutions that maintain high production integrity.
  • Lean Manufacturing Leadership: Promote Lean methodologies as a VBS Champion, improving processes and reducing waste.
  • Automation and Programming: Oversee and enhance CNC programming, and maintain high-tech equipment such as robotic welders, turrets, and press brakes.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD tools like SolidWorks, and CNC programming.
  • Demonstrated expertise in robotic welding and advanced manufacturing automation.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
