Responsibilities

Installation: Precisely install window coverings to meet customer specifications.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Quality Assurance: Inspect completed installations to guarantee they meet company standards and exceed customer expectations.

Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process with efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, and customer preferences for future reference.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to protect yourself and customers during installations.


Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, knowledge of window treatment installations preferred. Technical Skills: Ability to use basic tools and equipment required for installations. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and maneuvering large window coverings and equipment. Climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure precise and accurate installations. Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with clients.
