We are committed to excellence and are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our accounting team as an Accounting Clerk.

Job Description
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Responsible for data entry of all invoices, requisitions, subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of cash transactions and periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  • Maintains financial reports, records, general ledgers; and performs general bookkeeping
  • Provides administrative support for special projects to include research, compiling data and preparation of summary reports based on results
  • Contacts department personnel, account representatives or other appropriate personnel regularly to resolve problems
  • Assist accountant to prepare properties’ financial statements, payroll process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent communication, organization, analytical & attention to detail skills
  • Advanced computer and software skills including MS Word, MS Excel, QuickBooks
  • Ability to handle multiple work streams; independently identify and solve business issues
  • Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
  • Experience with Yardi preferred
