Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Floater. We are commercial cleaners looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you’re ready to grab a buffer and help us out. 

  • Detail-oriented, flexible
  • Maintaining a sanitary environment in compliance with OSHA’s standards on Bloodborne
    Pathogens (29 CFR 1910.1030 ), including proper disposal of regulated waste,
  • Adhering to CDC, EPA, and OSHA guidelines related to routine disinfection for COVID-19 and
    other infectious diseases
  • Fill in for absent general cleaners at all job sites
  • Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, floor buffing, etc.
  • Perform technical cleaning jobs including high-speed burnishing, stripping, refinishing floors, carpet cleaning and window cleaning.
  • Must be flexible enough to perform multiple tasks at all job sites unaided
  • Document and report supply inventory as needed
  • Document and report staff activity as needed
  • Perform proper care maintenance on cleaning equipment.
  • Must maintain an overall clean appearance on all equipment and supplies
  • Drive company van to each job site
  • Use leadership skills to supervise job sites, staff, and job completion
  • Ensure jobs are completed on time and with great quality
  • Available to work night shift and some weekends as well as various hours as needed depending on work schedule.
  • Valid NC driver's license is REQUIRED.

We provide all PPE.

 

Schedule

  • 4pm-12:30am or 4pm-1am depending on lunch break
  • Flexibility with Schedule Needs
  • Weekend Schedule (Must be available to work weekends)
  • 30-40 hours a week

Compensation

  • $15-$17/hour DOE
