Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description:
  • Knows and follows safety rules; proficient in emergency machine shutdown procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness around the assembly line.
  • Operates manual scales to calibrate and verify finished product weights.
  • Collects finished product from wrapper machine, inspecting for quality, material correctness, visual defects, and sealing.
  • Places inspected packs into designated packaging containers as per verbal instructions.
  • Feeds packed displays into shrink wrap machine, inspecting for defects and performing rework when necessary.
  • Ensures correct product weights in displays or boxes through weighing.
  • Labels and loads finished products onto shipping pallets following job configuration instructions.
  • Assists in resolving basic mechanical issues.
  • Notifies operator/line lead and supervision of non-conforming materials or equipment maintenance needs.
  • Understands and adheres to quality standards, procedures, and company recycling programs.
  • Observes safe working and housekeeping procedures, promptly addressing hazardous situations.
General Skills Required:
  • Ability to understand and apply written and verbal instructions effectively.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Physical capability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 60 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand for long periods according to shift requirements.
Education and Experience:
  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Effective customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
