Position Overview

BesTitle Agency, Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk for support in our Ironton location. This position has the potential to become full-time. You'll learn our processes from experienced staff and be positioned to succeed in our fast-paced, team-oriented organization.


Job Description and Requirements

Managing accounts using QuickBooks

Analyzing workflow processes

Processing due invoices for payments

Daily trust account reconciliation of bank accounts

Positive pay uploads

Process, credit, and disburse all invoice payments

Prepare/send monthly invoice statements for select lenders
