**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our growth in the U.S. solar market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the solar industry, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, installers, and other key stakeholders to drive the adoption of Sirius PV's superior solar panels.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand Sirius PV's market presence.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including distributors and installers, to promote our solar panels.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients about the benefits of Sirius PV products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the solar industry and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.
