Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
  • Excel in leadership, integrity, and collaboration
  • High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and business ethics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and follow-through independently on responsibilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult and emotional issues
  • Effective resolution skills using judgment that is consistent with standards practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Acceptable MVR

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English spoken and written
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related major and three to five years human resource experience or equivalent
