Job Summary:
Frank Kent Motor Company is seeking an experienced Body Shop Estimator for our non-DRP shop in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and collision repair, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Body Shop Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for repair work, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases and service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely estimates for collision repair work
- Inspect vehicles and identify all necessary repair work
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure all necessary approvals and paperwork are completed
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
- Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their repairs
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Strong knowledge and understanding of estimating and collision repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computer systems and estimating software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Work well in a team environment
