What would you do as a Childcare Specialist PTAs a new Part-Time Childcare Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding role working with children in our Promise Program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating engaging activities, supporting children with their daily routines, and ensuring a safe environment at all times. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team to provide high-quality care and enriching experiences for the children onsite.
Your schedule will typically be Monday through Thursday, with some variation to accommodate program needs. Embrace this opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families while growing your skills in childcare and early childhood development.
What you need to be successfulTo excel as a Part-Time Childcare Specialist at Wasatch Behavioral Health, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is beneficial but not required, as we provide training and support to help you succeed in your position.
