Caddyshack Golf Cars services all brands of golf carts but is an authorized Tomberlin, EZ-GO, MadJax, and Evolution dealer. Our busy service department is looking for an organized, dynamic, self-driven, and motivated assistant.

As an assistant to the Service Manager you will talk to customers about their carts on a daily basis. You should be personable, confident, a problem solver and genuinely like to be busy.

Tasks include:
  • Talking to customers and service technicians about repairs
  • Creating invoices - check for accuracy - input technician hours - mark complete, needs more attention, etc.
  • Scheduling repairs, following up with technician on progress, prognosis, and communicating this with Service Manager and customers
  • Coordinating with delivery, parts, service departments to maintain workflow, and make sure repairs are happening efficiently and effectively
  • Responsible for paperwork, weekly reporting on repairs, receiving payment, timely closing of invoices
We would like someone who has had some experience in automotive, powersports, or golf cart repairs - either as a technician, service writer, or in customer service.
