Office Receptionist

Maxie Price RV is looking for a reliable and personable office receptionist for our growing business. You will act as the first point of contact for the business, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly. The hours for this position are Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri, and Saturday 9am-5:30 pm. This is a full-time position.

$11 - $13 hourly

• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
• Make appointments for employees and ensure the calendar is current and correct
• Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures
• Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries
• Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information

• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
