Conduct demonstrations, press acceptances, print tests and conduct print training classes on company products. Consult with customers on applications of company products in the industry.
Conduct product demonstrations for customers on all company products
Conduct print training classes for customers, employees and vendors
Troubleshoot printing and application related problems in this field.
Conduct print tests for customers and engineering
Consult with customers, engineering and manufacturing on printing related issues.
90% travel may be required
Assist team in validating new designs and field fixes
Assist in the running of trade show events
Assist new product development in validating new products.
Develop new processes and procedures to continually improve the Customer Experience

Qualifications/Skills Required
Demonstrated ability to produce high quality products with company equipment. High level of technical knowledge in narrow web flexographic print applications. Good verbal communications skills
Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function of the position.
Education/Experience Required
High School/GED
7 to 10 years flexographic printing experience in the industry
Personal Skills Required
Interact with others.
Work in high stress environment.
Deal with interpersonal conflicts or difficult situations
Work in an office/manufacturing environment.
Coverage during certain periods.
Work Environment
Moderate to frequent exposure to shop environment; may be exposed to dust, odors, oils, fumes, chemicals, noise and moving parts. Work typically requires the usage of PPE and can require work on the facility’s production floor or customer’s production environment.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl and move about facility and/or customer’s facilities. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
