Skilled Nursing Facility - Split between two facilities in Chardon and Mentor, Ohio

We currently have a Full Time PTA opening at our skilled nursing facility in Chardon and Mentor, OH. Broad River Rehab is a rapidly growing, OH based therapy company that partners with providers across all settings including assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to provide premier physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
