The Allen Law Firm, a leader in protecting the injured for generations, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant in our Fredericksburg, VA office to manage client case files as they progress through the litigation process. Working alongside an Attorney, the ideal candidate will provide excellent service and have superior organizational skills to ensure our clients are receiving the best outcome for their case.


As a Litigation Legal Assistant, you will:

  • Assist attorney in preparation for meetings with witnesses, clients, officers, and experts; depositions; hearings; mediation; trial; and client closing.
  • File pleadings in state and federal courts, court of appeals, Virginia Supreme Court.
  • Manage and audit liens, including liens associated with ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, and workers compensation.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • High School Diploma/GED and 1 year firm experience (Personal Injury preferred)
  • Experience with case management system (Litify preferred)
