Objective: Assisting crew in quality & on time completion of orders.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up tooling
  • Reporting all quality issues, including defects & damage to the supervisor in charge
  • Drive Forklift & move materials 
  • Coordinating with others for feedback.
  • Complying with the industry standards and safety regulations while working.
  • Complete all tasks as delegated by the supervisor in charge.
  • Efficiently managing time and meeting all specified deadlines.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to extreme temperatures, airborne particles or fumes, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. 

 

Physical Demands:

  • Lift & carry 1 – 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Push and or pull 1 – 50 lbs. frequently
  • Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp, climb a ladder and reach overhead and outward frequently.
  • Work in an industrial environment wearing hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toes shoes, and other appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Work environment may include excessive temperatures.


Shift: Monday-Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

          Some overtime may be required.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
  3. Two years or more manufacturing experience required
  4. Ability to read job specifications, instructions, policies, procedures, rules, posted notices and warnings, safety guidelines, and other work-related materials written primarily or exclusively in English
  5. Familiarity with basic measurement method.
  6. Ability to interact and work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers
  7. Keeps knowledge and skills current.
