Job Description: We areseeking a proactive and organized Marketing Communications Assistant to assist in executing marketing campaigns and communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Communications Assistant at Promotion Pia, you will play a key role in creating compelling content, coordinating marketing activities, and engaging with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email newsletters, blog posts, website content, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, write copy, and produce visuals that align with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Support the management of Promotion Pia's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Develop content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including drafting email copy, designing templates, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance. Ensure that email campaigns are optimized for deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
  • Assist in coordinating public relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and promotional materials. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in marketing, communications, or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
