Life Enhancement Director


Cedars of Liberty, a Residential Care Facility located in Liberty, MO is currently looking to hire a Life Enhancement Director. Requirements include previous experience as a Life Enhancement/Activity Director,  experience in a long-term care/ALF/RLF facility, a desire to work with adults 18yrs and older, and to help enrich their lives. Must be creative and have an outgoing/dynamic personality. The successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example on how to create and function in a team environment. Must have valid driver's license to be able to transport residents to and from appointments and/or activities.  Must also have L1MA license or be willing to get it in order to help pass medications when needed.  The Director must ensure that an on-going program of activities is available to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological wellbeing of each resident. The position will require developing, planning, and organizing a program for therapeutic groups including teaching the program to facilitate optimal rehabilitation and health of residents. The successful candidate will participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of activity plans of care and resident assessment. To be consider submit your resume.
