We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all client questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling intake appointments, ensuring client paperwork is complete, and cross-training with some medical billing responsibilities. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. Compensation:

$31,500

Responsibilities:
  • Answer all phone calls live with empathy and compassion as our patients may be going through a difficult time
  • Schedule all new patient intakes and ensure correct paperwork is sent and completed prior to intake appointments
  • Have excellent customer service/de-escalation skills as our patients struggle with mental illness it is important to have the skills necessary to handle potentially stressful interactions
  • Communicate daily with the CEO, COO, and Clinical Leadership team
  • Attend weekly meetings with the CEO and Quarterly Meetings with all staff
  • This position will cross-train with the Billing Department to provide coverage when the Billing Manager is out of office
Qualifications:
  • Must be friendly and able to get along well with our Clinical staff
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Must be organized and very detail-oriented
  • Must be reliable

TBAC Group is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team.
