Retail Sales Associate

- Must be 21 years or older.
- We are looking for someone who has reliable transportation and is able to commute between at least two store locations on a regular basis.
- Pay is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities to earn commission.
- Commission Rate- 1% of individual sales goal met
Smoke Stares Retail Sales Associates provide exceptional service by:
- Identifying client needs, presenting and answering questions about our products and services and recommending solutions,
- Inviting customers to engage with us and keep up to date on new product releases, special offers, etc by visiting our social media platforms and websites,
- Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary,
- Inviting the customer to join our loyalty program,
- Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor,
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times,
- Staying up to date on new products,
- Striving to reach Smoke Stars sale goals by recommending the best products,
- Other duties as assigned.
