Position Overview

As the Director of Marketing Performance, you will be responsible for setting marketing goals and objectives, planning, and implementing marketing strategies, and driving growth through effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The role of the Director of Marketing Performance is to drive demand generation, improve marketing efforts and contribute to our company’s growth and profitability.

Primary Job Duties
  • Responsible for overseeing marketing GTM initiatives inclusive of owning, developing, and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Assist with developing and leading the demand generation strategy aligned with company goals and objectives focused on churn reduction and new business growth.
  • Design an integrated multi-channel marketing framework to deploy.
  • Implement lead marketing campaigns and programs, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with sales goals.
  • Establish standardized marketing operations, including effective tracking and reporting systems e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce.
  • Develop and successfully deploy GTM plans across all markets with playbooks and input tracking to determine success.
  • Create and leverage integrated marketing campaigns with agency and brand partnerships, amplifying success stories.
  • Scale and customize assets to meet specific needs.
  • Develop input tracking to ensure we have measurement plans across all initiatives resulting in transparent progress reporting, understanding areas of opportunity and cross-functional feedback loops.
  • Oversee target setting, lead scoring, and attribution models to ensure they are executed efficiently and effectively and create desired results.
  • Assist the Senior Director of Demand Generation in formulating short and medium-term strategies.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance and effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and make informed decisions about future campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing enablement or similar role, B2B / SaaS and Healthcare or Fintech experience preferred.
  • Significant admin CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the latest MarTech stack.
  • Experience building and launching integrated, revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Experience leading and building effective sales automation sequences.
  • Experience driving LTV growth across an existing customer base.
  • Blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to company related gatherings as needed.
