Job Description: Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. The Field Supervisor (FS) must be an experienced service professional with the ability to support all Home Clean Heroes teams through coaching, work, or schedule guidance and problem-solving. The Field Supervisor will be an active part of a cleaning team but will split time as directed by the General Manager (GM) to accomplish some of the tasks listed below. He or she must be reliable, well-organized, and customer service-oriented, with good communication and technical skills.
The position reports to the General Manager and is located in our North Charlotte office. This is an hourly position.
You must be:
- Serve as Lead Cleaning Specialist on an active team as available
- Provide coaching and training or other assistance to other team members as directed by GM
- Re-route customers/adjust schedules and placing calls to customers when necessary
- Perform quality assurance inspections as directed
- Perform in-home estimates as directed
- Starting/assisting in laundry management
- Perform chemical and equipment inventory and provide GM with order requests
- Mix cleaning solutions as needed
- Repair equipment (vacuums) as needed, or recommend replacement to GM
- Basic vehicle maintenance (filling fluids, changing tires, jump-starting vehicles when necessary)
- Fielding call center information and directing to the correct team when necessary
- Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment.
- Ready to report to work at short notice usually 24 hours of notice.
- A team player youll work with a partner each day to clean homes throughout the Greater Charlotte area.
- A hard worker this is a physical job that involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
- Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail.
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Willing to submit to a national background check.
- Paid training program.
- $18 - $25 hourly rate no nights or weekends.
