Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. You will be 2nd in command of our Housekeeping department responsible for motivating a team of housekeeping professionals and creating an environment for them to perform at their best. Focusing on quality control is critical as you will go behind a team of housekeepers and inspect their work on a daily basis. This position will work 3-4 days per week covering for the Housekeeping Supervisor when they are off duty and backing up on our busiest days.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating, updating and assigning rooms for housekeepers each day.
  • Ensuring company cleaning standards are consistently met
  • Assisting as needed in cleaning according to company standards
  • Assisting with deep cleanings, as necessary
  • Organizing and maintaining the stock of supplies and laundry
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance department and/or management
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar position is preferred
  • Prior experience providing cleaning and/or maintenance services for companies or organizations is preferred
  • Comfortable using industrial cleaning equipment and products
  • Excellent management and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to create schedules
  • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
  • Capable of light lifting and standing / walking for long periods
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • $15 + per hour depending on experience
